Comfortable workout clothes are perfect for your first class. We'll provide information about uniforms once you enroll.
Do I need any martial arts experience?
No experience necessary! Our programs are designed for beginners and we'll teach you everything you need to know.
How long are the classes?
Classes range from 45 minutes for our Tiger program to 60 minutes for Junior and Adult programs.
